hey guys,
this weekend i was surrounded by lilly pads, it got me to wonder what parts, if any, were edible. i saw a few flowers and it got me to thinking... here is a pic of one of them...

Moose will eat water grasses and stuff so I'm thinking that they are at least somewhat edible to mammals but I can't say for sure. My advise is seek better advise than mine!!!
